Our Mama and Baby Babywearing Fitness class is popular for people who want to work out with their babies.

Each class is a full body workout designed to improve core strength, burn fat and build muscle. Exercise without the guilt, meet other moms in the community and have FUN!

These classes are offered in Ontario - Ottawa and Durham Region


STROLLER FITNESS

Our Stroller classes are a great way to get out of the house, get some exercise and make new friends. An encouraging and supportive environment means that women can work out at their own pace AND tend to their baby when needed. Babies are often fed, soothed or changed during class in between mom’s exercises!
