Live, Online Fitness Classes

Our Live, Online classes are similar to our in-person classes, except they are completed from the comfort of your own home! We offer your favourite programs workouts online in the form of 30 minute Express Classes. We combine great class programming that’s appropriate for our members, with an encouraging and supportive environment. You'll work at your own pace and are free to tend to your baby or family when needed, whether it's to feed, change or soothe them. The best part about our live, online classes is that you still get the benefit of a live instructor leading you through a workout in realtime. So, grab a friend, your partner or another family member and get sweaty together!

Express Flow:

This is the Fitmama Strong version of Yoga! We know that our members are in the busy season of their lives and while they would probably love to go to an hour long (or more) yoga class, it might not be in the cards for them right now. Our solution is a 30 minute Express FLOW class! In this yoga inspired class, you’ll find breath work, mobility, stretching and yoga poses, all to help your body and mind feel great. This class is appropriate for any of our prenatal or postpartum members. Our instructor is certified in prenatal fitness and yoga, so is easily able to offer modifications to suit any of our members who want to make this a regular part of their weekly routine.


Express STRONG:

This circuit style class focuses on all of the major muscle groups that are needed to build strength and endurance. This low impact class is perfect for all levels of fitness, but is especially great for people in their early postpartum period. You’ll find a variety of baby-wearing friendly and non baby-wearing exercises during our classes, so if you’d like to wear your baby, a structured carrier, mai-tai or non-stretchy wrap is recommended. Our instructors always offer options to increase the challenge as you get stronger, so that you’ll still get a sweaty workout. We love our Express STRONG classes because we get to see your adorable littles on our screen when we teach!


Express Elevate:

Our Express ELEVATE classes are similar to our Express STRONG classes, but they’re your chance to really elevate your effort! This class is slightly faster paced, with shorter rest periods between exercises. We’ll always challenge you to increase the amount of weights you’re using. You might see some higher impact exercises in this class (think burpees, jump squats or mountain climbers), but we’ll always offer a lower impact alternative for anyone who isn’t quite ready for impact. We love our Express ELEVATE classes because we’re able to include classes with a specific focus or piece of equipment, such as Cardio Focus, Mobility, Loop Bands or Stability Balls. Don’t worry if you don’t have the right equipment, we’re masters at offering options and alternatives to our members. Our members report that this class challenges them every time they attend and they often leave very sweaty, but very happy!


On-Demand Workouts

In addition to Live, Online classes, we’ve curated a library of pre-recorded workout videos. The great thing about our On-Demand library is that you still get great our great workouts, but you can access them at a time that’s right for you! We have over 80 pre-recorded workouts in our collection to choose from:

  • A selection of 10-40 minute workouts

  • Core focused workouts

  • Cardio focused workouts

  • Babywearing workouts

  • Stretch and Mobility workouts

  • Stability ball & loop band workouts

  • Lives classes that have been recorded

  • A Progression Series of 6 workouts

Access to our On-Demand library is included with the purchase of our Unlimited Class Passes or any of our in-person series passes.
